Raw Material Procurement

Computer-controlled machines wind yarns onto warper beams with precision. A sizing treatment strengthens them for what's ahead.

Drawing-In & Tying

Each warp yarn is threaded through heddles and reed according to the weave pattern — done semi-automatically for accuracy.

Our 200 Waterjet Looms take over, weaving at high speed using water jets to shoot weft yarn across. Clean, consistent, efficient.
